I used Rivalate Weapon in this case, and made this affix during the boost week + 10% events. So if you do it outside of that, there is a chance that the success rate will drop (not all get 100%).
Here is a "budget" augment recipe to get 200 atk with S4 and S5 for 15 star weapon. The details below outline all the required units, fodder combinations, and materials needed to prepare the setup efficiently.

Step : Upslot your Main Weapon to 8s
Because there is a possibility that 8s is a little bit difficult. But don't give up! Weapon upslot to 6s, 7s, 8s, during 10% boost week affixing
Weapon upslot to 6s, 7s, 8s, during 10% boost week affixing :
Weapon upslot to 6s, 7s, 8s during 10% boost week affixing (with augment aid 40%)
Step : Input Persona Reverie to your Main Weapon to 8s + Add S4:Capsule + Release Rivalate S5 Augment Factor
Input 3 persona reverie into the main weapon along with Add S4:Capsule and release the augment factor from rivalate (s5) because rivalate has a hidden augment factor S5. but if you want to use another weapon, make sure it has s5 too

Step : Input All your Fodder weapon to your Rivalate Weapon (Final Step)
That dim + mitra glare, basilisk + mitra glare, and ray / union have been enhanced to +35
