This is a simple "budget" affixing recipe for making 200 atk with S4 and S5 for *15 weapon (i used rivalate in this case), hopefully can help you.
Attention! i made this affix during the boost week + 10% events. So if you do it outside of that, there is a chance that the success rate will drop (not all get 100%).
Total weapon required :

And this is the recipes :
- Main Weapon +35 (in here i use rivalate weapon) (8s)
- Additional Fodder for Main Weapon (Persona Reverie) (8s) (3x)
- Fodder 1 (Dim Weapon + Mitra Glare) (8s)
- Fodder 2 (Basilisk Weapon + Mitra Glare) (8s)
- Fodder 3 (Ray / Union Weapon) (8s)
- Fodder 4 (Persona Reverie) (8s)
- Fodder 5 (Persona Reverie) (8s)
- 500 Ex-cubes (for upsloting to 8s) *This may be less or more depending on whether or not you are successful in the upslot.
- 200 Ex-cubes (for 2x augment aid+40%)
- Affix Augment (Melee & PP/3) or Affix Augment (Ranged & PP/3) or Affix Augment (Technique & PP/3) (for graceful stats)
- Add S4:Capsule (adjust your wishes)
Step : Upslot your Main Weapon to 8s
Be careful because there is a possibility that 8s is a little bit difficult. but don't give up!

Step : Input Persona Reverie to your Main Weapon to 8s + Add S4:Capsule + Release Rivalate S5 Augment Factor
Input 3 persona reverie into the main weapon along with Add S4:Capsule and release the augment factor from rivalate (s5) *because rivalate has a hidden augment factor S5. but if you want to use another weapon, make sure it has s5 too

Step : Input All your Fodder weapon to your Rivalate Weapon (Final Step)
NOTE! that dim + mitra glare, basilisk + mitra glare, and ray / union have been enhanced to +35

Another Affix Variation
This is a variety of affix that you can choose according to your playstyle, but keep in mind that this is just an affix budget, so at least you can measure it by yourself.
Why Basilisk Weapon ? basilisk has an augment factor for getting phrase decay when it's +35. The phrase decay is perfect for the Phantom class, so if you don't use this class, you can change it according to the class you are using.
Why Dim Weapon ? dim has an augment factor stat VI, adjust it to the type of weapon you want to use, here I am using RNG pwr so I use Dim weapons with ranged types such as bow, rifle, tmg etc
Why Ray or Union Weapon ? ray or union has the astral soul augment factor, this is a balance soul that have good quality but not too expensive.
Why used S4 and S5 ? Rivalate has s-grade augment slots type 4 and 5. it would be great if all of them were filled, especially since rivalate has s5 in it.
About GRACEFUL ATTACK :
- If you want to get MEL you can go with : Affix Augment (Melee & PP/3)
- If you want to get RNG you can go with : Affix Augment (Ranged & PP/3)
- If you want to get TEC you can go with : Affix Augment (Technique & PP/3)
About GLARE AUGMENT :
- If you want to get MEL you can go with : MITRA GLARE or VARUNA GLARE
- If you want to get RNG you can go with : MITRA GLARE
- If you want to get TEC you can go with : VARUNA GLARE

MEL Pwr : +30, RNG Pwr : +30, All Def : +20, HP : + 20, PP : +2
VARUNA GLARE stats :
MEL Pwr : +30, TEC Pwr : +30, All Def : +20, HP : + 20, PP : +2
